Our Photography Program is committed to protecting every child and students' privacy and ensuring that all photographs are handled responsibly and securely.

Secure Online Ordering

Our online ordering system maintains its own published privacy and data‑security standards. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems as well.

Secure Image Handling

• All file transfers are encrypted (TLS/SSL).
• Images are stored securely and are accessible ONLY to authorized personnel of Picture Palooza.
• Image files use numeric and coded identifiers only and are never labeled with the child's or students' name.
• There is no personal or identifiable information stored on the image metadata.
• Each photo gallery is password-protected and is only accessible by the parent or guardian of the child/student.  
• We do not use AI facial recognition technology at any point in our workflow.

Marketing & Image Use

Student images are never used for marketing, advertising, website content, or social media without prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Data Retention

Images are retained only as long as they are needed for service and ordering purposes by families. They are permanently deleted two years after being archived, or sooner upon request.

We do not sell or share student images or personal information under any circumstances.
